Postcard Bottom locks in 1908

This view is at the "Bottom locks" in 1908. The colourful "narrow boat" contrasts with the drab tar-colour of the larger barge. Sad that we don't know who these people were.


The message reads:-

Dear Aunty, Hoping you are quite well I am enjoying myself very much has Stanley sent you a postcard
I am going to Mrs.Peacocks (?) for tea today and Mrs.Brodys (?) tomorrow Annie is going to take me.
